These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://roofcontractorboise.com (the "Site") operated by Bork Roofing Contractors LLC ("Bork Roofing," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms.
Estimates & Inspections
Free 21-point roof inspections and estimates are provided at no cost and with no obligation. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional damage discovered during work (for example, rotted decking or undisclosed layers) may require a change order before we proceed.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Material and labor costs can fluctuate, and we reserve the right to re-quote after the validity period.
Workmanship Warranty
All Bork Roofing installations carry our lifetime workmanship warranty on labor, subject to the terms outlined in your written project agreement. Manufacturer material warranties are provided separately by GAF, Owens Corning, or other product manufacturers per their own terms.
Workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of God beyond design specifications, unauthorized modifications, or lack of routine maintenance.
Payment Terms
Project payment terms are detailed in your signed project agreement. Typical terms include a deposit at contract signing, a progress payment at material delivery, and final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards (card payments may incur a processing fee).
Insurance Claims
If you are filing an insurance claim, Bork Roofing works directly with your adjuster at your authorization. You remain responsible for your deductible and any items not covered by your insurance policy. We cannot waive, discount, or absorb deductibles — doing so is prohibited by Idaho law.
Scheduling & Weather
Project schedules are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, material availability, or safety conditions. We will communicate any schedule changes promptly. Emergency tarping is available 24/7 for active leaks.
Use of the Site
The Site and all content on it (text, images, logos) are the property of Bork Roofing Contractors LLC and are provided for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Disclaimer
Information on the Site — including cost ranges, product guidance, and blog articles — is provided for general education. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection. Actual project costs and recommendations will be provided in your written estimate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bork Roofing Contractors LLC, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for workmanship is governed by your signed project agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Ada County, Idaho.

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
